Love Your Stateline Rally

Come celebrate with our Stateline family after a full day of service! There will be food available for purchase, a fun Kid Zone, and plenty of time to connect and rally together. Don’t miss this summer night of community and celebration!

Carpenter's Place

Carpenter’s Place | Serve Project Overview
Carpenter’s Place is a day shelter in Rockford that walks alongside homeless adults and families in crisis, helping them rebuild their lives with direction and accountability. On July 20th, Stateliners will organize and inventory donations in the Carpenter’s Place basement—creating a more efficient system to better serve guests. Up to 20 adults ages 16 years and up are needed from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm.
City Prayer Experience

City Prayer Experience | Serve Project Overview
Join us for the City Prayer Experience on July 20th—a meaningful opportunity to walk, pray, and believe for change across our city. We’ll gather to lift up neighborhoods, schools, leaders, and families in prayer, trusting God for transformation. All ages are welcome (kids 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult), and volunteers can join any of the 45-minute time slots between 8:00 and 11:00 am. Up to 200 people can participate in this powerful act of unity and faith.

Constance Lane Elementary | Serve Project Overview
Constance Lane Elementary’s Wild Wonder Walk is an outdoor learning trail designed to spark curiosity, promote environmental literacy, and connect students to nature. On July 20th, Stateliners will help create a mulched walking path around the school’s greenspace to enhance hands-on exploration. This is a large project with space for up to 100 volunteers, ages 10 and up (kids 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult), and will take place from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.
The Haven Network

The Haven Network | Serve Project Overview
The Haven Network walks with parents through the heartbreaking loss of a baby, offering both immediate and long-term support rooted in compassion and care. On July 20th, Stateliners will help with Bible Verse Tagging—highlighting scriptures on grief and hope, and stamping each Bible with a baby’s footprint on Psalm 139. This quiet, meaningful project runs from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm and is open to 10 volunteers of all ages (kids 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult).

Kids Around the World | Serve Project Overview
Kids Around the World exists to see children’s lives transformed through joy, nourishment, and the hope of Christ. On July 20th, Stateliners will pack two pallets of food that will be shipped to children in need around the world. This hands-on, high-impact project is open to all ages (kids 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult) and runs in three shifts: 8–9:30 am, 10–11:30 am, and 12–1:30 pm. A total of 72 volunteers of all ages are needed (24 per shift) to help make a global difference.

Life Decisions | Serve Project Overview
Life Decisions exists to invest in overlooked and undervalued youth (ages 15–23) through the power of relational mentoring. On July 20th, Stateliners will support this mission by tackling hands-on improvement projects at their facility, including painting, landscaping, scraping old paint, cleaning, light carpentry, and shed renovations. Volunteers of all ages are welcome (kids 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult), and 40 people can be accommodated. The project runs from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
Maple Elementary School

Maple Elementary School | Serve Project Overview
Maple Elementary in Loves Park is home to over 360 students, many of whom come from under-resourced backgrounds. On July 20th, Stateliners will help refresh and uplift the school environment by painting classrooms, office spaces, and the teachers’ lounge. This project supports the dedicated staff and students of a school that continues to excel academically despite economic challenges. Volunteers must be 16 or older (kids 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult), and up to 30 can be accommodated. The serve time will run from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.
Mosaic

Mosaic in Rockford | Serve Project Overview
Mosaic in Rockford is a faith-based residential program that supports 75 adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them live full and independent lives in our community. On July 20th, Stateliners will serve at four different Mosaic homes, helping beautify the outdoor spaces with weeding, planting flowers, edging, and clearing gutters. Each location needs 10 volunteers, ages 10 and up (kids 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult). The serve time will be from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. Locations will be given closer to July 20th. Volunteers are encouraged to bring work gloves; all other supplies will be provided by Mosaic.

The Pregnancy Care Center of Rockford | Serve Project Overview
The Pregnancy Care Center of Rockford provides Christ-centered hope and help to those navigating pregnancy decisions, offering ultrasounds, mentorship, parenting education, and practical resources. On July 20th, Stateliners will help with several hands-on projects including assembling client packets, bundling diapers, putting together Embrace Grace love boxes, filling mom gift bags, and doing some light cleaning. Up to 15 volunteers (ages 15 and older – (kids 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult)) are needed from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm.

Rock House Kids | Serve Project Overview
Rock House Kids exists to share God’s love with inner-city children by meeting both their spiritual and physical needs. On July 20th, Stateliners will help prepare their space for another impactful season by cleaning classrooms and vans, washing walls, painting scripture, replenishing supplies, refilling balls, and shampooing benches. This project runs from 12:00 to 3:00 pm and welcomes 40 volunteers ages 12 and up (kids 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult).

Rockford Park District | Serve Project Overview
The Rockford Park District is here to help people enjoy life by providing a quality parks and recreation system. On July 20th, Stateliners will help restore a piece of Rockford’s history at Sinnissippi Golf Course. We’re bringing back a historic landmark — the word “ROCKFORD” that once marked the skies for pilots near Rockford’s first airport. We’ll be digging out the old letters along the 8th fairway and filling them in with rocks and stones to make them visible again. Once restored, the letters will be a point of pride visible from Parkview Avenue and a reminder of our community’s history. This project runs from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and welcomes 75 volunteers of all ages (kids 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult).

Rockford Rescue Mission | Serve Project Overview
Rockford Rescue Mission shares hope and help in Jesus’ name, guiding people from homelessness and despair toward personal and spiritual wholeness. On July 20th, Stateliners will assist by preparing and serving meals, deep cleaning the kitchen area, rolling silverware, and tackling other special projects. This opportunity is open to all ages (kids 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult) with 20 volunteers needed. The project runs from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, and all necessary supplies will be provided.

Stateline Youth for Christ | Serve Project Overview
Stateline Youth For Christ mentors young people ages 11-19 in the Stateline area. On July 20th, Stateliners will help assemble “Blessing Bags,” which are hygiene kits for youth at the Juvenile Detention Center and the new City Life Center. Volunteers will help pack the bags at the City Life Center, where coffee, donuts, and a tour of the new space will be offered. They will need up to 30 volunteers of all ages (kids 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult) from 9:00 to 11:00 am.
Walter Lawson Children's Home

Walter Lawson Children's Home | Serve Project Overview
Walter Lawson Children’s Home provides loving care and programs for children with medically complex and developmental disabilities, empowering them to reach their fullest potential while involving families in care. On July 20th, Stateliners will help with painting fences, picnic tables, benches, exterior walls, and washing windows. They’ll also assist residents by painting and decorating rocks for the sensory garden and spending time outdoors. They need 50 volunteers, with children ages 15 and younger accompanied by an adult. The project runs from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.
YMCA - Good Shepherd

YMCA - Good Shepherd | Serve Project Overview
The Good Shepherd YMCA puts Christian principles into practice through programs and relationships that build a healthy spirit, mind, and body for all. They are committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, guided by values of caring, honesty, respect, responsibility, and faith. On July 20th, Stateliners will join the Good Shepherd YMCA for Keep Northern Illinois Beautiful Day, helping clean up Rockton Avenue and nearby neighborhoods by picking up litter and beautifying the area. This project welcomes 50 volunteers ages 12 and up Ages 12-15 years must be accompanied by an adult. The event runs from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.
